Church Street Bridal Shop Blog Is Live

Check out Church Street Bridal Shops new blog on Blogger. We teamed up with Jeannine who runs a cool blog out of Charlottesville, VA. Her blog is called Small & Chic in C-Ville she took the time to help out and drove down two days in a row and took on the task of creating this blog for the YWCA of Central Virginia.
We shot all the bridal dresses in the studio on a black backdrop and also shot a fashion photo shoot and video that is still in the works. We also shot a video interview with Jeannine that we will be posting soon.

Sharing Their Passion

Here is the current video we have produced for the YWCA. We shot this after their 99th annual meeting. Several board members came down to our studio and share with us their passion for the YWCA.

Shout-Out to Tim Elliott

Since Tim Elliott help out with the last project with the YWCA I wanted to showcase him and his new song he is recording in Nashville. We shot, edited and produced this video on a very cool day during the winter. The song is called Creepin and a Crawlin. There is also a video interview with Tim through out the video.

I'm a Creepin and a Crawlin is a song by Tim Elliott. The song and b-roll was shot and recorded with my Canon 7D while in a bare studio warehouse in Altavista, VA during a cold winter day. The interview was shot and recorded in my studio in Lynchburg, VA the next day. This is a first draft so to speak with the song when I recorded it. The final version of the song has been recorded at 16ton.com 16 Ton Recording Studios in Nashville, TN with Tim Elliott, Michael Esser and Michael Web and some others. For more of Tim's music check out timelliottandthewheels.com and coming soon is VaudeVillains. The video was produced by Live Dream Share, livedreamshare.com

Rep. Bob Goodlatte Visits The YWCA

This is a quick video of Rep. Bob Goodlatte who visited the YWCA of Central Virginia June 7th, 2011. He visited for about 30 minutes and I was able to ask him two questions after the visit, why he visited and what he learned about the YWCA, here is what he said.

Voices of Honor

Live Dream Share, a division of David Duncan Photography, produced this documentary video for the YWCA of Central Virginia's Academy of Women Gala dinner held October 21, 2010 in Lynchburg, VA. We had the idea of interviewing past winners and having them share their stories and produce a documentary-style video to play before the honorees spoke. The YWCA embraced the idea and offered the viewing of the finished product in lieu of a keynote speaker. We were blessed to meet so many amazing women who have given so much to the community here in Lynchburg. The video was a crowd-pleaser and was inspiring to all!

CHAP In The House

This is a project that we shot portraits and video for Coalition for HIV Awareness and Prevention of Central Virginia, Inc. From time to time they will conduct their testing at the YWCA of Central Virginia. I had shot a short video of me getting tested since I was not allowed to film anyone else, from there they asked me if I could produce a short video, we said yes and shot this. Living HIV Positive.
